A graduate in genetic engineering, Matt, thought that he wanted to focus on that area but this soon changed when he discovered IT.
Matt told the class that “media is a growing industry in Northern Ireland”.
The students were also shown new technology such as the ‘Oculus Rift’. They all got a chance to experience the glasses that, once on, you feel like you are in that computer-generated place. For example, Matt put on a demonstration game which made participants feel they were on a rollercoaster.
Since starting the business Matt has had more chances to do new things, for example, he has now taken the opportunity to start an enterprise making electric cars.
