Kamel Kahalfa, of no fixed abode, appeared last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court by way of videolink from Maghaberry prison. The charge against him alleges that on April 19 this year he intentionally touched sexually a child under the age of 13. Mr Gabriel Ingram, representing the defendant, said there would not be a bail application. He was remanded in custody to appear again on videolink on May 22.
