No VTC ends with £90 fine
A Lurgan man has been fined £90 for having no Vehicle Test Certificate.
Gavin McKenna from Lurgan Tarry was accused of driving a van without a VTC on the Lough Road on September 27.
The 29 year old’s solicitor said his client’s certificate had expired and it was only just out of date.
McKenna pleaded guilty and was also ordered to pay a £15 Offenders Levy.
