Drama Circle goes big Down Under
Ladies Down Under, directed by Margaret Blair, is very different from the usual Circle play. There is no realistic setting; instead it depends on quick changes of properties and wardrobe and a complicated sound plot. Locations are illustrated with slide projections.
Leigh McKay, Dawn Crawford, Amy McClelland and Alison McCubbin play the girls while Tristan Scott-Heyes and Phil Barnhill share the roles of the nine men whose paths they cross.
