I played at right midfield while Kieran was directly behind me at right back so it was good to have a Ballyclare club-mate so close at hand. Wales scored the only goal of the game, but I thought that we all gave a good account of ourselves. I was particularly pleased to gain my first intetrnational cap. I had hoped to make my debut against England three weeks ago and was disapointed when the game had to be postponed due to the Foot and Mouth crisis.”
