Man accused of stealing horsebox tells Magherafelt Court: ‘Bulls**t, definitely not guilty’
A Belfast man said “bulls**t, definitely not guilty” when charges including stealing a horsebox were put to him.
Jackie Kirkwood (38), of Mersey Street, is accused along with Gareth William Beck (35), Glen Road, and of stealing the horsebox and flatbed trailer, valued £3,500; stealing a trailer and scaffolding, valued £3,200; damaging an electric gate and door on January 22 last year.
Beck was also accused of dishonestly receiving a stolen saddle and saddle cushion on January 23 last year.
The pair were each released on personal bail of £300 to appear at Londonderry Crown Court for arraignment on August 28 when they appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
