More heavy rain on the way
With more heavy rain forecast for Friday, and a wet weekend ahead, there may well be more localised flooding in the city.
On Monday evening the Council advised motorists to avoid certain areas like Foyle Road and Ann Street, while commuters on Strand Road struggled through deep surface water on their way home from work.
