St Aloysius to raise funds for play area
The St Aloysius Parent, Teachers & Friends Association (PTFA) are hosting ‘Boogie Nights’ on June 27, a special fundraising night to raise funds for new play equipment at the school, which will be held in St Patrick’s Pastoral Centre.
The Principal of St Aloysius, Mrs Catherine Milne, is very keen to incorporate much needed playground equipment into the school as outdoor play is beneficial for all children.

However, in the present financial climate and with huge cuts to Education, this was not something the school could expect to receive funding for.
The school PTFA decided to step in and have a fun night for parents, friends and everyone in the community to raise the money to help pay for the equipment.
The Boogie Nights will be a great way for the adults to let their hair down and get dressed up with a 70’s & 80’s live band, followed by DJ whilst raising money for St Aloysius.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event.
Tickets are £10 and all drinks at the bar are £2.
Tickets are available at St Aloysius Primary School and St Patrick’s Pastoral Hall.
