Story teller visits St Patrick’s
Mr Hall regaled pupils with his stories, music, drawings and poetry. His interactive session proved a great hit with pupils, parents and teachers alike. Previously Randall has taken his work to Italy, Vancouver and further a field so it was a real treat for pupils from Lisburn to experience this master story teller at work.
Following the session pupils were presented with a book of their choice courtesy of Eason’s Lisburn who work with the school each year to honour The World Book Day tokens. Finally, the worthy winners of the Academy’s annual Book Review Competition were celebrated and presented with their plaques. Once again the standard of the reviews was extremely high and made the judging incredibly difficult for the English teachers.
